Agreement and bond for building work, 29 July 1859
A memorandum of agreement between Jardine, Matheson & Co. and Yan Lee for the construction of a sea wall, pier, godowns, treasury and other buildings, witnessed by Thomas Larkins Walker, architect, with a related bond of $10,000 from Tam-Acheoy to Jardine, Matheson & Co. The documents are in Chinese and English, and are probably from Hong Kong.

Two copies of English and Chinese versions of the agreement for the transfer of the assets and liabilities of the Sassoon Enterprises in China, comprising E.D. Sassoon & Co. Ltd, Cathay Land Co. Ltd, Far Eastern Investment Co. Ltd, Shanghai Estates & Finance Co. Ltd and E.D. Sassoon Banking Co. Ltd, and their subsidiaries, Cathay Mansions, Metropole Hotel, Cathay Laundry and Cathay Hotel, to the Chung Hwa Enterprise Company, signed 31 October 1958.
Agreement of Jan Woh & Co. and Jardine Matheson, 1873
A memorandum of agreement (in English and Chinese) between Jan Woh & Co., merchants of Macao, and Jardine, Matheson & Co. of Hong Kong for the latter to transport a cargo of opium from Macao to Melbourne on the British barque 'Lizzie', dated Hong Kong, 27 June 1873. There is also a copy of the English version of the agreement.

There is also a copy of the charter party of the 'Cingalee' for this voyage, dated Hong Kong, 28 October 1873.
Agreement of Jardine Matheson, Acheong and Hung-Hee, 1860
An agreement between Jardine, Matheson & Co. of Hong Kong and Acheong and Hung-Hee of Hong Kong, builders, for the latter to construct a dwelling house for the company on a plot at East Point, Hong Kong, and to make additions to the existing out-houses, 26 September 1860. The document is in English, with a Chinese translation in the margin.
Agreement of Jardine Matheson and Kim-mo-hop, 1860-1862
An agreement between Thomas Sullivan, agent for Jardine, Matheson & Co. of Hong Kong, and Kim-mo-hop, merchant and resident at Tywanfoo, for the latter to supply the company with camphor, dated Takaw, Formosa, 7 March 1860 (two copies). There is also a document in Chinese extending this agreement for an indefinite period, dated Formosa, September 1862.

A memorandum of agreement for the sale of Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd Lighters Nos 1, 4, 11 and 16 and Bulk Oil Lighter No. 31 from Jardine Matheson, Shanghai, General Managers, Indo-China Steam Navigation Co. Ltd, to the Shanghai Tug and Lighter Association. There are two copies of English and Chinese versions of the agreement.

A copy of an agreement (in English and Chinese) between the Ministry of Railways of the National Government of the Republic of China, the Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, and the Jardine Engineering Corporation Ltd for the purchase of rolling stock and material by the Ministry, through the other two parties, for the King-Kan Railway, Suancheng-Kweichi Section, Nanking, 4 December 1925, with appendices.
